The “Zeytuna” brand consists of food products which are intended for use in the gastronomic sector. They are offered in large packages to owners running hotels, restaurants, cafes and catering services for industrial consumption (Horeca).

First of all, the Zeytuna-branded product group which is currently available on the market is the olive. This product group, which entirely consists of „konfit“ olives, is consumed in large quantities in restaurants, particularly in salads and pizzas.

The characteristics of „Konfit“ olives are their lower content of salt, their larger size compared to the „Gemlik“ olives and their even and shiny surface.
